This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns and cancellations work for products and services purchased from Haffiart, including artwork, handmade light sculptures, design products, digital media, drone services, video projects and other creative work.

1. General policy

Haffiart offers creative products and services that may include original artwork, handmade products, custom-made items, digital work and commissioned creative services.

Because many items and services are unique, handmade or custom-produced, refund rights may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.

We always aim to handle refund requests fairly and professionally.

2. Physical products

Physical products may include:

  • Original artwork

  • Handmade light sculptures

  • Lava stone designs

  • Prints

  • Merchandise

  • Other creative products

 

If you receive a physical product and there is a problem with the item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is significantly different from what was agreed

  • The item has a clear production defect

 

To review the case, we may ask for:

  • Order details

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

 

3. Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order or purchase details

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short explanation of the damage

 

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

4. Custom-made products

Custom-made products are normally non-refundable once production has started.

This may include:

  • Custom artwork

  • Handmade light sculptures

  • Personalized design products

  • Commissioned creative pieces

  • Special orders made according to the customer’s request

A refund may not be available if the product was made specifically for you and matches the agreed description, design or order details.

However, if there is a clear defect, damage during delivery, or the item does not match what was agreed, we will review the case.

5. Digital products and delivered files

Digital products are normally non-refundable once delivered.

Digital products may include:

  • Design files

  • Edited photos

  • Video files

  • Music files

  • Digital artwork

  • Downloadable content

  • Social media content

  • Branding material

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not offered after the files have been sent, downloaded or accessed.

If there is a technical issue with a file, we will try to correct or resend the file where possible.

6. Creative services

Creative services may include:

  • Drone photography

  • Drone video

  • Video editing

  • Photography

  • Graphic design

  • Website work

  • Social media content

  • Music or DJ-related creative work

  • Branding and digital media services

Refunds for services depend on the stage of the project.

 

Before work has started

If you cancel before any work has started, a refund may be possible, minus any transaction fees or costs already incurred.

After work has started

If work has already started, partial refunds may be considered depending on:

  • Work already completed

  • Time spent

  • Planning and preparation

  • Travel or equipment costs

  • Purchased materials or third-party costs

  • Agreed project terms

 

After delivery

Once a service has been completed and delivered, refunds are normally not available unless there is a clear failure to deliver what was agreed.

Reasonable revisions may be offered if included in the original agreement.

7. Drone and location-based services

For drone photography and video services, cancellations and refunds may depend on weather, location access, permissions, safety conditions and scheduling.

If a shoot cannot take place due to weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside our control, we may offer to reschedule.

Refunds may not be available for costs already incurred, including:

  • Travel

  • Planning

  • Location preparation

  • Equipment preparation

  • Permits or third-party costs

  • Time already spent on the project

 

8. Booking deposits

If a deposit is required to reserve a booking, the deposit may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A deposit may cover:

  • Reserved time

  • Planning

  • Communication

  • Preparation

  • Travel planning

  • Turning down other work for the same time slot

If the booking is cancelled early enough, we may consider a partial refund or rescheduling.

 

9. Change of mind

Refunds are normally not offered for change of mind after:

  • A custom order has started

  • A digital product has been delivered

  • A service has been completed

  • A booking time has been reserved and preparation has begun

For physical non-custom products, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

10. Returns

If a return is approved, the item must usually be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, damage or a confirmed defect.

Returned items must be packaged safely. Haffiart is not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging.

 

11. Refund method

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank or platform used for the transaction.

Transaction fees, shipping costs or third-party costs may not always be refundable.
